Exchange Policy

At MumbaiTshirt.com, a brand of Weagog Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality custom and printed T-shirts. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer an Exchange Only Policy under the terms mentioned below.

1. Exchange Only – No Return or Refund

We offer exchange only and do not provide returns or refunds, unless there is a confirmed mistake from Mumbai T-Shirt.

Valid reasons for exchange include:

  • Wrong product delivered (incorrect color, size, or design)

  • Misprint or manufacturing defect

  • Damage during transit (requires unboxing video)

If there is no mistake from our side, exchange will not be applicable.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the customer must ensure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • A clear unboxing video is provided (mandatory for any damage claim)

  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Only size exchange or defect exchange is allowed

Customized T-shirts (customer-uploaded design, name, or text) are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Email us at support@mumbaitshirt.com or WhatsApp with:

    • Order ID

    • Issue description

    • Product image + unboxing video

  2. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Upon approval:

    • Customer must ship the product back to us.

    • Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement.

Note: Reverse pickup is not guaranteed and depends on the serviceability of your pincode.

4. Exchange Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is from Mumbai T-Shirt, we will bear the exchange shipping cost.

  • If the exchange is requested due to size issue or customer preference, the customer must bear the shipping charges both ways.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange is not applicable for:

  • Customized products (name, photo, text, logo prints)

  • Products used or washed

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance sale items

6. Timeframe

After receiving the returned product, the new exchanged product will be dispatched within 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability.
