At MumbaiTshirt.com, a brand of Weagog Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in offering high-quality custom T-shirts, printed apparel, and corporate merchandise. Since most products are made-to-order or personalized, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to protect both customer satisfaction and production integrity.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

We follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy for all orders, including:

• Custom printed T-shirts

• Personalized designs

• Corporate / bulk orders

• Size-based selections

Once an order is printed or dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as size issues, colour preference, change of mind, or dislike of design.

2. Exchange Policy (Only If MumbaiTshirt Is At Fault)

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product received

• Wrong size delivered (different from what customer ordered)

• Incorrect colour or design printed

• Damaged or defective product received

• Major printing defect caused by our team

If MumbaiTshirt is responsible for the error, we will provide a free replacement of the same product.

3. Conditions for Exchange Request

To qualify for an exchange:

1. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

3. Clear photos/video proof must be provided of:

   • Product received

   • Packaging

   • Visible defect or mismatch

4. Exchange will be issued only after verification by our QC team.

4. Non-Eligible for Exchange

Exchange will NOT be provided if:

• Incorrect size ordered by customer

• Minor colour variations (5–10%) due to screen differences

• Customer changes mind

• Custom design errors caused by the customer

• Product is washed, worn, damaged, or without tags

• Product image/design appears different due to lighting or display settings

5. Exchange Process

Step 1: Email or WhatsApp the issue within 48 hours
Step 2: Provide order ID + photos/videos
Step 3: Our team verifies within 24–48 hours
Step 4: Eligible items will be replaced
Step 5: Customer must hand over the original product during pickup (if required)

6. Refunds (Only in Rare Approved Cases)

Refund is issued only if replacement is not possible due to:

• Product out of stock

• Material unavailable

• Printing feasibility issue

Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
